Can you believe it, it’s been a year since we completed our management buy-out and launched our own business? …Happy anniversary to us….
Back then we launched with the caption ‘We’re so excited!’, but did the excitement last? And was it everything we expected?
The answer is yes… and no!
Yes, we are certainly still excited, and no it wasn’t everything we expected…
We expected some tough challenges and a rollercoaster ride, but thanks to the fantastic support from our clients, we’ve discovered that large organisations…
- …love working with small businesses! They find us more receptive, more creative, and more emotionally engaged.
- …want relationships with people who are happy to signpost and collaborate with new and innovative niche providers.
- …are in the market for trusted guidance on the apprenticeship levy and how to use it to develop management and leadership capability.
- …like accrediting their management and leadership programmes, and want options and flexibility on how this is best achieved.
So, what’s next?
In the very near future, we’ll be refreshing our brand in line with everything we’ve learnt and the next chapter in our exciting journey.
